Process of the usage of the Website or the App, or both, further implies by the term "Service".
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Website or the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you will not access the Service.
Your access to or use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1.1. Service is available only for a mature audience. Accessing the Service, you confirmed that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2. We can provide the Service either on a paid and a free basis.
1.3. Paid advertisements are provided in accordance with the rates indicated on the Website.

2.1. The Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, messages, or other material ("Content").
2.2. You are responsible for all Content created and posted by you using the Service.
2.3. Any kind of Content which contains nudity and/or can be classified as NSFW (not suitable for work), that includes images or videos but not limited to, are strictly prohibited to be published using the Service.

3.4. You will not use the Website or the App to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or other civil rights of any person.
3.5. You will not post messages or use the Service in any way which (i) violates, plagiarizes or infringes upon the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any copyright or trademark law, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or (ii) is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or violates any law.
3.6. This Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
4.1. The Service contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
4.2. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
All of the following areas constitute prohibited areas from which no part of the Website or the App may be accessed, viewed, used, downloaded or otherwise received:

All of the countries in which pornography is illegal or partly prohibited, or any related activities is illegal, among which but is not limited to: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Egypt, Kuwait, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Pakistan, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Syria, Sudan, Yemen, The Republic of China, Singapore, Cuba, Papua New Guinea, North Korea, Western Sahara, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda, The United Arab Emirates; and
5.2. All parts of every other geophysical place or jurisdiction corresponding to a political entity or part thereof in which the access, viewing, downloading, dissemination of, or other use of the materials contained in the Website or the App would constitute a violation of any law, regulation, rule or custom, including the contemporary community standards of that jurisdiction with respect to the viewing, accessing or other use by adults of any Content represented in the Website or the App.
6.1. You may cancel your advertisement and further charges to your credit card at any time. Follow the instructions given on the email that you received on completion of the posting advertisement process or via the Manage Advertisement section of the Website. After cancellation you will still have full access to the site. Refunds are only available to those who email us and who, for some reason, were not able to access the site.
6.2. If we are able to offer some type of advertisement or related services via the bank transfer only, as are fully detailed on the appropriate page of the Website, we are not able to offer cancellations or refunds.
6.3. In case of chargeback request, in respect of the Service, is required and as in the case with refunds, genuine requests will always be agreed. However, any fraudulent claim for a return advertising fees will be reported as such and passed to our legal representatives or dealt with through the small claims court.
6.4. We reserve the right to bar any user who has previously claimed a chargeback from contributing to the site should they re-join or remove any banners should they purchase further advertising space.
This section applies to all visitors and users of the Service, unless we have specifically authorized an exception to a particular term for a particular user in a written agreement. We have sole and absolute discretion to authorize or deny any exception or exceptions to the terms in this section.
To maintain the integrity and functionality of the Service for its users, access to the Website and the App and/or activities related to the Service that are harmful to, inconsistent with or disruptive of the Service and/or users' beneficial use and enjoyment of the Service are expressly unauthorized and prohibited. This prohibition specifically applies but is not limited to software, programs, applications and services for use or operation on or by any computer and/or any electronic, wireless and/or mobile device, technology or product that exists now or in the future.
7.4. Any effort to decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer all or any part of the Website and the App in order to identify, acquire, copy or emulate any source code or object code is expressly prohibited.

Any activities (including but not limited to posting voluminous content) that are inconsistent with use of the Website and the App in compliance with these Terms or that may impair or interfere with the integrity, functionality, performance, usefulness, usability, signal-to-noise ratio or quality of all or any part of the Website and the App in any manner are expressly prohibited.
7.6. Any attempt (whether or not successful) to engage in, or to enable, induce, encourage, cause or assist anyone else to engage in, any of the above unauthorized and prohibited access and activities is also expressly prohibited and is a violation of these Terms.
7.7. If you access the Service or copy, display, distribute, perform or create derivative works from the Website or the App or our intellectual property in violation of these Terms or for purposes inconsistent with these Terms, your access, copying, display, distribution, performance or derivative work is unauthorized. Circumvention of any technological restriction or security measure on the Service or any provision of these Terms that restricts content, conduct, accounts or access is expressly prohibited.
8.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
8.2. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
